Free Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from Ellyes are eligible for free return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, with original tags intact, and in the original packaging.
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us at [your email here]. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Returning One Item from a Combo
If you purchased multiple items as part of a combo and wish to return only one item, the refund will be calculated based on the individual item price, not the combo price.
Example: If you bought 2 cotton trousers for ₹1098, where one is priced at ₹649, and you return the second item, you’ll be refunded ₹449 (₹1098 – ₹649). This applies to all product categories.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for your preferred item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanging for a Different Item
If you choose an exchange for an item of higher value, you may pay the difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, the balance will be refunded to your account or provided as store credit.
Second Return/Exchange
Subsequent returns or exchanges are not free. A handling fee of ₹200 will apply.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exclusions
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
